



my story
As a coach, athlete and fitness enthusiast, my mission is to help you find the strongest, healthiest and happiest version of your life; I strive to do this from a place of authenticity, love and knowledge gained from years of experience.
Through years as a dancer and an athlete, I found my place in the weight room; it became my best medicine and coping mechanism to manage depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. Even in my darkest hours, I was able to find light, power and strength in the gym.
After college athletics, I dabbled in many strength sports — Weightlifting, Powerlifting, CrossFit, etc. — as both an athlete and a coach; as an athlete, I excelled to the IFBB Pro stages as a competitive bodybuilder, but my diverse experiences have given me a stronger tool belt of resources as a coach. Whether your goals are to compete or to just look and feel your best, I have the experience to help you.
I’m a real person who loves heavy squats and bicep veins just as much as a cheesy slice of pizza and lounging with my dog. I make mistakes and I learn everyday; I believe we should laugh as much as we sweat and enjoy everyday — this includes our workouts, our meals and our free time.

I’m here to help you pursue your goals – whatever they might be – and achieve the strongest version of yourself through exercise, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. I love to lift weights, hike and explore. I read whatever I can get my hands on and do nerdy stuff like cosplay with my friends. I spread love not just for fitness, but for living a life for Christ.
